cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, RENATA & Co. requires at least 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will incur a 50% fee of the service total. NO EXCEPTIONS (this also includes last minute cancellations due to tardiness & giving the service provider insufficient time to complete the appointment, or confirming booked services & then reducing them during the appointment). No-call/no-show appointments will incur a fee of the FULL appointment service total. In addition, failure to confirm or cancel within 24 hours, keeping the appointment, and not showing up to the appointment will be considered as a no call/no show. No exceptions. Client will be auto debited the fee within 24 hours. Not showing up twice without notice will result in no future bookings. By requesting this appointment, consent is given to the policies and responsibilities listed. Cancellation policy is in full effect, no exceptions.
